Situated 20 miles West of Paphos in the village of Peyia in a quiet location with spectacular views of the Mediterranean, the house, is air conditioned throughout and has all that is required for a relaxing holiday. Including a rear patio, a dining and lounge area with T.V. A fully equipped kitchen, two twin bedrooms both of which have a balcony and fitted wardrobes, there is also a bed settee a W/C and shower downstairs.

If all you want to do is relax, the pool is just a few steps outside the door with a beautiful view of Coral Bay and the Mediterranean.
Coral Bay, regarded by the locals as the best beach in Paphos is just 7 minutes drive away there you will find most beach activities, shops, bars, restaurants and tavernas or just a nice sandy beach to relax and do nothing.

The currency in Cyprus is CY£ the 'Cyprus pound' cash or travellers cheque's can be changed at many of the banks in the area.

Driving in Cyprus couldn't be easier as they drive on the same side of the road as we do in the U. K. and all road signs are in Greek and English.

Cars can be hired at the airport or in the resort itself. You will find that the price you pay at the airport is the same as in the resort and obviously the price depends on the size and type of vehicle you hire. A car with air conditioning is recommended during the summer months as temperatures can easily exceed 30°c. The price of fuel is roughly half of that in the
U. K. so motoring in Cyprus is cheap.

As all schools in Cyprus have lessons in English as well as Greek almost all Cypriots speak English so there will be no problem conversing with them. In fact if you speak to them in Greek they will probably reply in English.
